About the job:

As Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you'll be the "go-to" person for all facilities related requests, maintenance, and site improvements across local DC Operations

This role is ideal for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager who can work autonomously, has a proactive, can do attitude and who is passionate about ensuring our site and Operation runs seamlessly.

What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, cleaning and security of the local HelloFresh building
  • Manage all facilities and maintenance supplier/vendors contracts, review and approve invoices for a number of contracts
  • Manage the facilities and maintenance budgets, achieve cost savings through maximizing utilisation of suppliers and preferred vendors
  • Oversee supply needs for the company including placing orders for all consumables as needed
  • Manage the sites hygiene team, including office, waste removal, daily operations and deep cleaning
  • Ensure all equipment for our facilities and production is operational and available in a 24/7 operation
  • Develop and implement solutions across the Office
  • Support international teams with implementing their solutions
  • Design, own and improve KPI’s relevant to the Maintenance and Facilities department
  • Manage the in-house and 3rd party PPM’s, creating an efficient PPM schedule
  • Tending new contracts to ensure best value for HelloFresh
  • Analyse data and trends on the CCMS to identify root causes and implement preventative solutions
  • Undertake small and medium projects from conception to completion
  • Provide regular feedback to the head of Facilities and Maintenance

Who you are:

  • You’ve managed a maintenance team
  • You have a demonstrated ability to run multiple projects and priorities within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Self-directed, problem-solving and organised, spotting inefficiencies
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally
  • Energetic, enthusiast, embraces changes and challenges with flexible attitude
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • You have a NEBOSH/IOSH certificate
  • Preferably, you have knowledge of best practices (e.g. TPM, OEE, Kaizen)
  • Desirable: IWFM Level 5 Qualification or similar
  • Desirable: University degree with a technical background (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering)

Start date: ASAP

Location:  Banbury (Oxfordshire)

Working hours: 40 hours a week. Will need to include occasional weekend working and willingness to support a 24/7 operation in regards of specific requirements towards planned and unscheduled maintenance.
