About the job

Safely and efficiently allow access to site, accurately input data into relevant spreadsheets and to our FCMS system, ensure driver check-in process and control equipment collection from the site. You will also be expected to comply with Food Safety Regulations and HelloFresh quality standards, and adhere to, and uphold strict Health and Safety standards at all times.

This role is for a fixed-term contract for 6 to 12 months.

What you will be doing:

 

  • Confirm booking in slots to deliveries and collections
    • Control access to site and driver check in / Allocate deliveries
    • Accurate data entry
    • Administer Equipment collection process
    • Administer booking in process for GoodsIn and GoodsOut
    • Allow access to site according to SOP
    • Ensue driver check in process and safety procedures are always followed
    • Allocate vehicles on site according to the Daily Warehouse Plan
    • Be the central point of contact for GoodsIn and GoodsOut queries
    • Flag possible issues to Inventory Coordinators
    • Receive and input collection requests from suppliers
    • Handle any queries from suppliers regarding collections or stock counts
    • Administer ad-hoc orders/collections

Start date: ASAP - This role is for a fixed-term contract for 6 to 12 months.

Working hours: 40 hours a week. Weekend work will be required
