We need you!
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join as soon as possible to support our rapid business growth needs. Working in the People team you'll hit the ground running in selecting the top talent to join our team in the Benelux. You'll be responsible for the end to end process of your vacancies, selecting talent who fit seamlessly with our HelloFresh culture. Partnering with hiring teams to drive an incredible candidate experience, data driven decisions and contributing to our success are your top priorities. You'll have the space to take ownership and initiative, as well as share your creative ideas to improve the TA space. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in exciting projects in the People team for example relating to EVP, Onboarding and other topics to make HelloFresh an even greater place to work.

You’ll be working on:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for your roles from posting vacancy texts to making offers
  • Conducting strategic sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms to find the best candidates for our team
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand and efficiently deliver on their hiring needs
  • Tracking and delivering on our TA team metrics
  • Sharing your ideas to improve the TA space
  • Helping to create a diverse workforce that celebrates all types of people and cultures
  • People projects that give you energy and contribute towards our mission

Are you our perfect new colleague?
You have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast growing environment. You have demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, working on multiple vacancies at the same time and working well under pressure. You have some experience in strategic sourcing and using innovative recruitment channels such as LinkedIn is a plus.  Importantly, you are someone who understands the importance of driving an amazing candidate experience and living our DNA. You’re efficient and data driven, and ensure you perform to our Talent Acquisition metrics. You also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are super organized and take ownership of your work. Finally, you speak fluent English and ideally Dutch too.

What does the recruitment process look like?
After applying we will look at your CV and motivation letter. If we see a match, we will invite you for a video call to get to know each other and learn about your motivation for the role. Are we still positive? Then we proceed to the technical assessment stage, where you will perform a case study to determine if you have the necessary skills for the job. After that, we will schedule a (ideally) face to face interview with the hiring team to get to know you better. If both sides are enthusiastic, we would like to plan a last chat with C level. We will schedule the interviews as quickly as possible, to make sure you'll know as fast as possible if you can start at HelloFresh!
