For our young and passionate team, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Team Lead. Working in the Process Excellence Team, you will primarily develop the operational excellence capability in our supply chain through training and development of all operational excellence analysts at HelloFresh Benelux. Furthermore, together with your team you will map, analyze and improve cross-functional
processes to reduce errors, costs and required labor hours. Finally, you will set the 2022+ operational excellence agenda, prioritizing the highest value process improvement opportunities.

You’ll be working on:

  • Raise the bar of the Benelux operational excellence capability by bringing and implementing your experience with lean, six sigma and other methodologies
  • Use your experience to develop and run an operational excellence training curriculum for all operational excellence analysts at HelloFresh Benelux; both those in and outside your own team
  • Determine highest value process improvement opportunities through e.g. organization wide process mapping, and formulate plans to materialize such opportunities
  • Enable your team of 2-3 operational excellence analysts to optimize critical, cross-functional processes by reducing the number of errors, costs and manual labor hours required

Are you our perfect new colleague?

  • 7+ years relevant experience in Operational Excellence (or similar disciplines) or Supply Chain Management (preferably acquired in a consultancy environment).
  • A certified Black Belt is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a technology - business setting, with experience in business process management outside of the shop floor
  • Experience as a manager and an excellent communicator that is able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to various audiences
  • Experience in designing and applying operational processes optimization frameworks such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, Design Thinking and other process modeling/ re-engineering tools
  • Superior data analysis and problem-solving skills (incl. data crunching / process analysis)
  • Strong business sense and experience in managing stakeholders across different levels (including C-Level)
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations, Quality Operations and/ or Technical Operations is a plus
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
