 About the job:

You will join our talented and driven Operations team. You will be reporting into the Supply Chain Lead. This is the perfect role for someone to develop their career in supply chain operations.

 What you will be doing:

  • Supporting our inbound supply chain operations to ensure our ingredients arrive in full and on time.
  • Engaging with our external suppliers to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
  • Fulfilling the weekly ordering and forecasting processes.
  • Handling internal and external stock requests and queries, proactively managing inbound deliveries to eliminate risk
  • Ensuring timely and accurate information is shared to internal stakeholders working closely with Procurement, Planning, Technical, Inventory and Production teams to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Identifying issues and thinking on your feet to reduce impact to our end to end operation and more importantly our customers.
  • Processing data to generate weekly performance reports 
  • Executing key administrative tasks to assist the Supply Chain Executives

 Who you are:

  • You are incredibly resilient and operate well under pressure.

  • You’re a confident, effective communicator.
  • You’re organised and have excellent time management skills.
  • You’re a self-starter.
  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status-quo with new ideas.
  • You’re hungry to learn new things every day! (Being always hungry in the literal sense also helps but not a must!)
  • Your Excel skills are pretty strong, too.
  • FMCG background is a plus.

However, most importantly you want to kick start your career at HelloFresh and are passionate about food and about what we do here!

Level and progression: A Coordinator works at an entry / junior level and leads operational tasks with support from their Line Manager and team.

From there, you can progress to an Executive level within the same function, or progress sideways to a role in another team at HelloFresh for which you have transferable skills

Working hours: 3-week rota, weekend working 

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London

Start date: ASAP

Recruitment process: First, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful at this stage you will be invited to two initial interviews: one competency interview and one culture-fit interview. The final interview will be  with the Senior Supply Chain Manager, Maddie.
